200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Beyond Professional. Into the Personal.
The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training isn’t just about ticking the boxes of asana, pranayama, and meditation (though you’ll get plenty of that, too). It’s a thoughtfully balanced curriculum that blends practice, study, and real-life application. You’ll dive into yoga anatomy, heritage, lifestyle, and the art of being a modern yogi in today’s world.
By the end of the training, you’ll walk away with:
• A toolkit for creating and leading meaningful, well-balanced hatha yoga classes
• A foundation in alignment, intelligent progression, and physical safety
• A circle of like-minded mentors, peers, and friends who walk the path with you
• A personal yoga practice that feels richer, steadier, and truly yours
This program is full of practical wisdom and lived experience. Robin shares the practices and techniques that have helped countless students find more stability, vitality, and grace in their lives. And here’s the heart of it: because Robin sees herself as a student first and a teacher second, she brings empathy, humility, and curiosity into every session. This training goes far beyond learning how to teach yoga. It’s a voyage of exploration—into body, mind, and spirit—and into the real lives of the people we serve. Many past participants describe it as a launchpad for personal transformation as much as professional growth.
