What to expect in class

Every Function & Flow class is unique. Expect a mix of creative sequencing, functional drills, and pose breakdowns that expand your understanding of movement. You’ll be challenged to explore strength and mobility in new ways, while also finding moments of grounding, breath, and restoration.
 

Curiosity and study have fueled exploration and experimentation to create a style of yoga that is playful and dynamic, with practical application for everyone from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. Classes link functional movement skills, natural breath mechanics, and novel approaches to traditional poses to increase body awareness, mobility (strength and flexibility together), and build an organic mind/body connection.
