Ever wish you could fly? Aerial yoga makes it possible. Using a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling, you’ll explore yoga postures in a whole new way—floating, supported, and sometimes even upside down. It’s playful, empowering, and deeply restorative all at once.

What to expect in class
No experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore. Classes begin with grounded movement and breathwork, then transition into hammock-supported poses. You’ll strengthen, stretch, invert, and balance in new ways, always with options to modify. We finish with restorative stretches and a blissful floating relaxation.
